There is no Self-Help Tech on the Social Site. All of it was moved to Answers HQ (which seems to have had its own failure).

The thread is in reference to unlocking many bonus items. These were mostly promotional items:

Those are not DLCs in the normal sense of that word. EA's Answer HQ has been really flaky. I did get it to allow a Log-in earlier today, after three days of assorted Log-In trouble there.
