Yes it is, and I know all my DMs and STs always punished assumptions...always. Unless otherwise specified then you can never assume. Headcanon is only one step removed from delusion

Speculation = feedback which = content they can put into the game.

BioWare pride themselves so heavily on fan feedback and interaction. It only makes sense they left the game wide open like this so they could incorporate feedback.

I think a 'wait and see' approach is best here. Whatever you do, do not hope for anything. You will only get disappointed. This is EAware after all.

Edit: All we know about the next dlc is that supposedly all writers are on board. That means if those responsible for the Tuchanka storyline get some proper influence, we might see a good story based dlc.

We also know that EAware is not above lying and/or creating misplaced hype in order to sell their products.

That said... this new dlc can truly go either way. Wait... and see.

Someone said earlier that they think Asari children probably look just like the adults except for minor changes... No. They look so human, that Asari children probably look like female human children (chest as flat as a board, no curves whatsoever, much smaller, childish faces). In short, take a little girl, give her a head cap thing that imitates their tentacle heads and completely covers her hair, make her jump into a vat of blue paint, and she would look indistinguishable from an Asari her own age. Which unsurprisingly is exactly how you can make an adult human female look like an adult Asari, with the head cap and the blue paint. The same exact process would work regardless of age, it would just effect what age the human girl will look as a fake-Asari.

Parthenogenesis dictates, that there will be blue babies even if PC is chicken enough not to destroy reapers.

... you know, ME squad mates except for Wrex and Aria are total waste. That is why i don't like ME2. Because when i learned that through entire game you will gather gang of useless individuals and solving their problems instead of fighting collectors, i just refused to buy this game. Maybe i lost something in ME3 because of that but...
but on topic of blue babies, i very scared to see what they would look like, because their "mother" is Liara. And that Asari immature, little girl. How could she raise a child, if she is a child her self? dunno.
But still as LI she is better than the others.

Why should people who want live Shepards have to settle for "implications" when those who want their Sheps to die in a blaze of glory get theirs confirmed?

This is what "multiple endings" should allow for.

I just accept "blue babies" as a general rallying cry fro living Shepard/reunion ending.

It's not accurate for me, but "Let's get it done and go home" isn't as...alliterative I guess
