I am stumped on this one. I just finished DAO, and attempted to play Witch's Hunt. Notice I said attempted. I had no armor! My Warden's gloves, boots, and Commander armor and shield did not import, which left me in my loincloth. I tried importing from the last auto save, my save, post coronation, pre coronation, and a few others.  I tried leaving the equipment on, or placing it in inventory, all with the same results.

When I loaded DAA, the same issue occurred; however, this time, at least I was provided some armor and shield, though not my own, at least I was not defensless.

I have the DAO Ultimate Edition and have also installed patch 1.05. Anything else I can do?

Admittedly, I was disppointed that the equipment would not transfer over (my other inventory did).

Anyone have any ideas? I have not hair left in one spot after I kept scratching my head.

You might want to search the threads for specifics, as its been a while for me and I don't recall it all, but there were many items that would not import into the DLCs. I know I first spawned into Awakening wearing nothing but a helm. Most high-end armor/weapons don't go with you; Starfang is an item that didn't spawn into most, if not all, the DLC/Expansions.

Specifically: most DLC items will not import.

Items from Warden's keep DLC plus a few promotional items won't import to Awakening and beyond. By normal means, that is.

Thanks for everyone's replies. Such a bummer. So essentially, I can't do the DLC, as I start out with little left to the imagination, and I imagine would not do well in battle. Good to know if I start over. Just get regular game items, and keep them in inventory.
