Hi all, I'm encountering a problem with the free DLC giveaway from http://social.biowar...da2/dlc_bundle/ in that the following items are not working (my platform is xbox):

DA: O
    Bregan's Bow
    Bulwark of the True King
    Pearl of the Anointed

DA: O - Awakening
    Bregan's Bow
    Bulwark of the True King
    Pearl of the Anointed

DA 2
    Fan Reward Pack - Arlathan Focusing Crystal, Band of Stolen Shadows & Hawke Family Crest
    Pendant of the Morning Frost
    The Antivan Garrote
    The Deep Green
    The High Lords' Belt
    The Ring of Whispers

In the case of the DA:O and Awakening stuff, it isn't showing up in the "Your registered game content" section of the website, and consequently I am not able to download it in-game.  With regards to the DA2 stuff, it *is* showing up in the "your registered content" section, but not in the actual game itself.  Everything else downloaded just fine for both games, and appears where it should in-game (i.e. the DLC menu in DA:O, and the "Unlockables" menu in DA2).

I don't know if it's relevant or not, but I did experiment a little with the item giveaway page, and when I tried the PS3 and PC options, the option to select those platforms was no longer available after I received confirmation that the DLC had registered. In the case of xbox, however, I receive a confirmation message, but if I go back to the page the option to select/register the DLC on that console remains there. Maybe something isn't working properly with the xbox option?

Furthermore, I also noticed that the aforementioned DA:O & Awakening stuff didn't register for PS3 either.  It only registered on PC/Mac.  Of course, since I don't have the game on PS3, I can't verify whether or not it actually works on that platform.

Oh, and if it's relevant, the only DLC from this giveaway that I already had was the Blood Dragon Armor for both games, and the Ser Isaac Armor for DA2 (again, I have both games on xbox).

If anyone has experienced the same issue or could shed some light on this, that'd be great.

There is no Self-Help Tech on the Social Site. All of it was moved to Answers HQ (which seems to have had its own failure).

Only unlocks items that are already included.  If it doesn't work, yiou have a Tech problem and there is no Tech that is on-topic here on this site,

Official Tech Support is on EA Help, and when I checked the bundle link (in the other, older thread about the same problem), it was not a valid URL as written, so I eventually made the correction in that thread.   After two days of being unable to Log-In at Answers HQ, that site is working again . . That's where the Self-Help Tech is now.

Don't know about the DA2 stuff but the other items might be for pc only. I clicked for pc/mac and for ps3. The 3 items in question only show up for the pc.

EDIT: it works now. It didn't show in Extra menu at first. But when I load the save, there were notifications of these. And after I exit to menu and looked in Extra again, they're there now.

I have issues too, I registered the items but I can't download them all... Some appear with a --- at the end while others don't even have the download link.

For people with the Ultimate Edition do we already have all the free dlc that has come with it? or should we download them from the registered content page?

Ultimate Edition only comes with the DLC, I dont remember really getting any items from it

anyone know why when i start the legacy dlc all the audio is in french and not english? so far the reg game is in english, only lvl 7 atm but when i started legacy....all french audio. tried reinstalling the dlc that didnt work. Any ideas

There was an option to buy the DLC in English and in French.... you must have purchased the French one in error
