How do I register digital copies of games? When I went to register Mass Effect 3 digital I didn't even have to put in a code or anything, I just clicked register and it registered. Then when I tried to register DA:O and ME2 it prompted me to put in the code which I do not have since they are both digital versions. I thought maybe the site would automatically realize this like it did with ME3 but it did not.
Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Whoever sold it sends you a receipt with the correct numbers. Only purchases through either the Bioware store or the EA store are "smart enough" about the codes, AFAIK.
Anyone without a proper number and unable to obtain satisfaction from the retailer they purchased a new copy from, only has one option to seek corrective action fro, and that is EA Help's Game Advisers. Used copies do not fit in that category; you have to deal with the seller as the last resort for such unofficial transactions.
Other problem areas not dealing with this Web Site's functioning have all been removed from active status on this site. For the type of Self-Help tech discussions formerly hosted on the Social Site, you must now use Answers.HQ.Com and when you want to join there, you'll find that someone there hates FireFox. So far, I've had success with Opera on my newer compter, but not this one, when attempting to Log In. Orca works there, but that browser is Bog-Slow.
Sea Monkey is old and creaky, but on the Answers HQ site, it's usable enough.

Where did you purchase the games from? Depending on where you bought it you might be able to find the key by looking at the game details. As an example Steam should be able to show your key and I believe Origin does too.

I bought the Trilogy from Amazon and the cd-key is the same for all three games according to Origin in the My games listings, and because of this I can't register ME2.

Exactly the same as F50GT1. I used the code from the Trilogy pack (there was only one for all 3 games) and was unable to register ME2. It worked only for ME3.
I also contacted EA Help Centre about this issue via live chat, however they couldn't solve it and they promised to escalate my case to the specialists. It's been a week since and I got no answer whatsoever.

EA Help is still the only Official Source for assistance on questions of this nature. You should not waste time with eMail. Use the Chatlines instead, and make sure the Game Adviser you talk to isn't merely going through the motions. Some are just muppets, parroting what is in the scripts they have as guides.
