Which characters from the series could have the most interesting spin-off game based solely on them?

Thane - A game centered around the peak of his career as an assassin, although it may basically be Assassin's Creed in space.
Zaeed - Huge potential in terms of action, but I think his character may be a bit too one-note in terms of development.
Kasumi - I think this could be really interesting seeing as there's a lot of room for exploration in terms of her character and past and that the gameplay of missions etc could be more sneaky and stealth based rather than a traditional action FPS.
Javik - I think this is fascinating, but I don't know if it's him that would be interesting, or more of the setting itself: of a game centered around a once powerful, galaxy-spanning, crumbled empire fighting a war centuries deep with the Reapers. Probably would be even more grim in tone than Mass Effect 3.
Wrex - Huge room in terms of his past to explore and I do think character development potential is there, in that he could change from someone who was probably more like Grunt to the more mature voice he is by ME 1.

Nah. Let's maintain the artistic integrity here. Should be more like Deus Ex than AC.
We could call it Mass Effect: Drell Revolution. Thane has even got the coat for it too.

Space hamster: the one who survived the collectors and reapers can now tell his story now trying to destroy and hunt he most dangerous game if all: the humans!
Alternatively, the next cycle could be about the hamsters vs the Reapers.
Harbinger: HAMSTER. YOU HAVE BECOME AN ANNOYANCE.

Garrus - Most potential for spin off game that can fit most easily with established lore. The events of the game would center around when he had his own squad in between ME1 and ME2.
We can also get flashbacks of his time in C-Sec. Lots of room for story with Garrus. Everyone else, not so much.

A Zaeed spinoff would be loads of fun. Living life as part of the Blue Suns, killing guys, brainwashing teenagers, selling fruity oaty bars... wait, wrong Blue Sun. Anyways, only problem is you couldn't get too attached to squadmates, considering how all Zaeed's missions go.
Or maybe Simcity: Rannoch Edition.

I mean come on, 1.86 million harvested human per day and not even a glimpse of that happening. And don't tell me that earth don't have enough firepower to fight reaper conventionally. Traditional dreadnought was never said to be obsolete since space dreadnought can't land on any planet due to its mass (or similar technobabble along that line).

Garrus - I've always wanted some sort of game where you play as Garrus on Omega, ending with Sidonis' betrayal and Shepard's arrival on Omega. I would want there to be an emphasis on the crew that worked with Garrus...get us emotionally attached to them so we get the same feeling Garrus had when they were all killed.
Subject Zero - Play through a series of her criminal exploits before she was turned into a Jack-sicle on Purgatory...It might be cool to see some of the things that made her into the 'upstanding citizen' she turned out to be...
Dr. Chakwas could have a Trauma Center-style game...er...okay, maybe not that one...

It could take place in the time between when the collectors killed shep and he was brought back.
