When you run the disc and choose "support" from the menu you end up on this forum. However, this is my third thread about the stone prisoner not working and still no help. What the hell am I paying these guys for?

Stone prisoner still doesn't work, I get equipment for Shale all the time, but there's no way for me to get to Honnleath, there's no new map marker, and if I use the console to bypass this it seems that everything about the stone prisoner resetts when I restart the game.

And please don't link to another thread about hundreds of solutions to hundreds of problems, just tell me what I need to do to get my game working.
