incredibly low, around 1%... but not indicative of a non-random distribution. compare all promotional weapons received from all commendation packs and you'll see almost uniform distribution.

or maybe you are affecting the outcome with your desire for the hurricane. but I highly doubt it.

My Crusader is sitting at IX right now. My friend got a Valkyrie as I lent him my profile until I get settled in a new home cause the current wi-fi at the hotel doesn't have the right port on the router open. OT though, It is theoretically possible to have two out of the five maxed out with a third weapon at level III. RNG has to pull a miracle out of it's trolling butt to do that though.

No, this can't be it. I checked. I stopped wishing for the hurricane about a month ago, and still nothing.

And I'm honest: I don't care. I'd rather max out the Eagle, since I'm so close, and then level up the Valkyrie a little bit. I seriously hate the Crusader, so I don't mind getting it because I want to get it out of the way. And the Valiant... is okay.

Weekend operations ARE a chore for me now.

I Lol'd pretty darn hard because i've missed like 10 weekend challenges (not really missed, I just wasn't playing at the time) and my hurricane is higher leveled than yours.. dat rng

Convenient, tha'ts exactly where I'm at, level 6 of the above mentioned weapons, and a level 5 Hurricane, with no Valkyrie to speak of.

Don't remind me it's only III .  It was the first Promo weapon I unlocked, too.
