although I do care about story and characters the most, since it's a BioWare game, I dont think it will be bad at those aspects. Ultimately the improvements I desired the most is the customization, especially for the player's character. BioWare should make the PC's alignment, background and story as customizable as possible.

I voted for the overall story, but for me it is also the characters too. It is these two aspects that have more of an impact on me. It is also the reason why I replay them. Can't say that about many games!

I chose immersion, because, I think, the goal of most video games is to some extent have the player become immersed within the confines of the game. They accomplish this goal to varying degrees by several means. Story, gameplay, audio, setting, visual design, genre, tone, level design, etc., etc. Done well, and there is unfortunately no way to tell if it is until the finished product is played for there's no formula that can determine when it is done well, a proper combination of these things can make a game greater than the sum of those parts.

Too. Many. Options.

I voted for gameplay progression and customization. As far as I'm concerned they already do a great job with the story, the characters, and the romances, so I'm not worried about those. If "enhanced replayability" was an option I would have chosen that instead.

Only 7% for romance? You are all dirty, dirty liars.

I will settle for a well done MP mode. Preferably one that has a PvP component and paves the way for a Dragon Age MMORPG. That, or Bayonetta based combat. Now that would be fun. I'd also be pleased with a (forced) Broodmother romance as well. Another thing that would make me happy is previous LIs returning, and pulling a Jacob.

This guy understands and if we're lucky it would be go from a subscription to F2P in less than a year! Old Republic is Kotor 3-12 now imagine a Dragon Age MMO being DA's 4-10.

Its sad that Single player romance beats out Single Player-Gameplay Progression and Customization.

I do think Overall Story and Characters/backstories should be equally important (as you can't have a great story with unbelievable characters) and they are the things I look forward the most in a game like this, but I could only vote for one: Overall Story.

I voted Single Player-Gameplay Progression and Customization. However, I would also include combat in there as part of the gameplay. That's really my biggest concern, as it was the biggest letdown for me in DA2.

I voted Single Player - Character, though I would go with overall story as well. Good characters goes hand in hand with a good story, I think.
