Will the all new upcoming "Dragon Age: Origins" official expansion pack really and truly feature an playable male and female "Qunari" warrior race to play as in it?, I hope so desperately.

I doubt it.
Main character: Either the hero from DA main game or a high level character from Orlais. Qunari aren't natives of Orlais.

Edit: Crap, spoilers. Qunari playable characters aren't likely, but I guess I can't say why in this forum. :/

Who actually wants this to be in the game in the official expansion pack?

I do, I love qunari and have been looking for a mod hoping some one has made them playable. I really do hope they make a Qunari origin some time soon ><

Qunari are an interesting people, but I can't see them fitting into either Origins or (based on what little we know so far) Awakening as a playable race. I highly doubt though that this will be the last chapter in the Dragon Age franchise though, so perhaps they'll play a larger role in future games/expansions

Not me. There is no plausible reason why a Qunari would be in Amaranthine. They should save the Qunari origin for Dragon Age 2 or 3, when the setting is the ongoing war between Qunari and Tevinter Imperium.
