Basically he was doing all he could to be a tool.
I have a video of said actions, but would it be against ToS to post a link to said video here as part of the "no naming and shaming" policy? Seems a bit of a grey area to me.
Anyway, feel free to share your experiences of jerk players, basically those who try to make the game fail.
Oh, and Bioware, this is why we need an in-game kick function.

Had a Gold match about an hour ago (PC). Picked up a pug. This tool seemed to take offense that one of the other players had their mic set to "always on", with phrases like "effing moron" and so on. He then proceeded to run to the nearest enemy, and die. Start of Wave 3, had zero points. Wave 3 was a pizza delivery mission. Sadly, this guy, playing a TGI, happened to be near it. He then picked it up an hid in a corner of the map, spamming stim packs where necessary to stay alive to keep the delivery from occurring.

I sympathize but an in-game kick function would be abused by unsporting jerks.

haha, that was me. Funny you guys left when i picked up the object, and we had another 2 or so minutes to cap it. I stayed on and finished the map with some decent players who knew how to use voice without mouthbreathing and making funny excited noises everytime they died, whcih was quite often. You also didnt mention that one of you guys was playing a loop of nyancat in the background, and that the mouthbreather was level 8 with a terribad weapon. I was willing to play along, but the mouthbreathing was just too much.. sorry
Oh, and you must have been the mouthy guy that was calling me all those hilarious names, but of course, being an unsporting jerk, i did deserve what i got didnt i? you left, mouthbreather left and the nyancat guy left.. big deal.

The Nyan Cat wasn't from any of us, so the assumption was that it was you adding to your established behaviour in dying as soon as possible, just because someone is breathing occasionally into the microphone. I've played with always-on guys who are WAY noisier than the guy you're talking about. He wasn't even remotely annoying. It took you all of 20 secs to get yourself killed in Wave 1 after mouthing off with obscenities. What we called you afterwards was little more than restrained fact: "jerk", "tool", and yes, it WAS me saying that because you WERE being one.
As for us, the host dropped out, then the transferred host dropped out, and I got put in by myself. Finished the objective, bled out, and rejoined my friends and went on to successfully complete Condor/Collectors/Gold, for as "bad" the we were as a playing group.
The only reason we were dying was because we were trying to get the package, with all the enemies on top of us, while you just stood there and hid like a ****.
There's two sides to the story, but yours is one of being a tool and a jerk with little reason.

Mate, you sound like a griefing idiot.
Suck it up for the match, then quit. You wasted their consumables, credits and time. Players like you are the reason PUGs have a bad rep. Go play a different game.

you all came to defend me from nyancat, and that was awesome, you even died a few times.. cool, dont think i wont forget your sacrifice.
After you bled out, i stayed, three other joined, we later got extracted and i had a smoke, it was awesome, then i made tea and watched battlestar galactica on youtube, that was just as awesome.
what did you do after your game?
