it's probably the variety in being able to kill things in so many ways. feel like sniping? go ahead. feel like tossing phantoms about? play an adept. feel like punching something? play a batarian. feel like ABSOLUTE MWAAAARGH FOOOR TUNCHAAANKA

That's definitely a reason for me. I'm also a story over gameplay/difficulty type person. I play Battlefield 3 and Halo 4 too, but ME3 is so much more immersive, I always end up playing it more than the other two.

Yep, I only play few games per week. Moving to other shooters. I wonder how some of my buddies keep playing like in the first day :wizard:

However, when I return, svck1ng pretty hard... :(

I'm very glad I got this off my chest. Surprisingly, some people actually agree with me.

So, what keeps you coming back, even if it's boring?

(really, I'm not trying to say GTFO or don't let the door hit you... )

I came back for 1 game and found it insanely clunky and broken. Keep in mind, I took like a 1 month break after I started playing Far Cry 3 and Black Ops 2.

Spent a fair amount of time recently in Pandora - coming back to ME3 and it's definitely a clunkier/chunkier/slower experience in terms of moving around (also, I forget how much I prefer FPS to TPS), but I do appreciate the depth/breadth of powers, kits and strategies in ME3MP more. While BL2 has its good points just isn't the same kind of rhythm or tactical depth.

I recently gave Planetscape 2 a try, but getting parachute dropped in as a total noob into a hot zone and getting fragged by vehicles a few times in a row sort of cooled me off on that a bit...

It gets boring if I try and play a lot at one time. That goes for just about anything though.

As long as there are new mechanics for me to mess around with, then I'll keep playing. That being said I see what you mean about the game feeling clunky(on 360 anyway). I had the worst time trying to get back into the game after playing Halo 4 and BL2. Biower seriously need to update the controles for the console crowd. At least let us turn off auto-aim, and raise the sensitivity.

The multiplayer is quite boring. The only reason I still play it is because the Mass Effect universe is fantastic. The characters, the lore, the blue alien se... You know.

But yeah, it's very clunky and repetitive to say the least. You run around in circles for 20 minutes, killing enemies with predictable AI, no strategy whatsoever, in the same maps, for a miserable reward that it's gonna go to waste thanks to EA's moneygrubbing practices. If this wasn't Mass Effect, but something else, I would have abandoned the game months ago.

I've been playing less and less myself. It takes too long to get games going, even when you know 10+ people playing it. I also blame my apathetic view of the Banners. Some folks are all over them but I just think that they're kinda' dumb. Why the hell would I want to Shaman 200 waves? That doesn't take skill, it takes masochism.

I find myself playing less, partly due to time restraints I've encountered these last few weeks.

But I still play when I can and still love playing with friends no matter what game it is. I often stick to a single game or two for a looong time and ME3 is the one.

I've only just started on Gold, so I still have some fun left to glean from it. I do switch up between a lot of different games, though. Not to mention I have a massive pile of shame stashed in my cupboard. Currently switching between Black Ops 2 Zombies, Hitman Absolution and Zone of the Enders HD Collection. It's also hard to match up timezones with my friends in the US, since nobody I know here plays it.

No matter what I'm playing, ME3 always seems to be in the rotation though. I've found MP is certainly a good fall-back option for when I can't decide what game I want to play.

I've been playing since launch. Always some other playstyle to switch to.

Yup, I've been playing less and less since I maxed out my manifest after 400 hours of ME3 MP. I realised that it was my OCD that kept me going. I'm moving on to other games right now, but I'm always up for one or 2 games with friends :)

A little bit as I pretty much only play when I get a friend or two into a party/lobby. Otherwise I would probably have moved on as I have spent over a thousand hours in this game!

No actually, just when I got bored and decided to play PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale on the side, I play ME3 just for a weekend challenge, and I came back.

I'm going back to sniping now though; I forgot how much fun it was. I really wish there was a better assault rifle to use that wasn't incredibly heavy.

I've had a little less fun of late, I partially blame LoL.

The real reason is because ME3MP is just so unpolished, and so unfinished. I think the game should have shipped with all the content that exists now. That would have been a good point to start at. At this point, it's just kinda lackluster.

Depends on the class I play. Some classes I'm good with, or classes I don't really enjoy much, I get bored playing after a few matches. But there are plenty of other kits/weapon loadouts which keep it to be interesting.
I try to play all of the classes, not just GI or Fury like a lot of people.

And Krogan never get boring to play Image IPB

It is for me somewhat. Probably going to quit playing for a bit once all the characters are released.
