Congratulations on finishing the game!

I wonder about your opinion about meeting the Lady of the Lake. Did you get her sword? That was the most atmosperic chapter of the game, IMVHO.

Regarding TW part 2, I won't add to the hype. I'll just say that there is indeed a number of things part 2 did better, but there is also a pretty long list of stuff that was better in TW1. I cannot say which one you'll consider the better game overall.
But I'm glad you playing these games and giving them a chance... they are worth at least that, IMO

All games should be eyed very critically and faults should not be ignored just because we might like them as a whole. That's my view as a Witcher 2 fan, yes I love it as a game but it has problems.
