Bit of a strange question, but what would be required for a ME2 playthough in which every single crewmember who can die, dies, including Shepard, leaving only Joker alive? I'm talking about all squad mates, all the abducted Normandy crew, everyone.

I'd imagine that I'd need to ignore all Normandy and armor upgrades, skip all loyalty missions, and be sure to do a few missions after the crew are abducted by the Collectors.

Is there anything else I need to be aware of?

I'd add that if you want to make sure all the Normandy crew die as well make sure you do at least 4-5 missions/assignments after the crew get kidnapped but before going through the Omega 4 relay. Don't have to be long ones, anything that makes the mission summary screen appear at the end will do. AIUI krul2k's list would also mean Dr Chakwas would survive - if you want her dead too then don't give her an escort and let her find her own way back to the ship. Admittedly that could strengthen your team elsewhere so that someone else survives instead but I think it ought to be possible to find a combination which gets literally everyone other than Joker killed.

i did this, sort of. everyone died but miranda, tali, morinth and zaeed. zaeed was a mistake, one that will be rectified. the point was to kill as many people as i could in 2, and the rest would die in 3.
need to redo my suicide mission a little differently so i can screw over zaeed too, lol.

Edit: Woo! he can die in ME3! All is not lost!
