I brought out the Kroguard since all the noobs seem to do so well with it on Gold. I decided to try it out on Silver first. Charge->melee (miss)->melee (miss)->shoot stuff->die. I died 3 times on wave 1 on Silver. I quit and went back to Drell Adept on Gold.

I was bronzing it up as a human engineer with a few of my buddies and we had a wave 6 escort mission. Partway through the mission, I realized that I was the only one out of the four of us that was near the drone. I angrily yelled at the fools as I got overwhelmed (on bronze, yes...). Before I go down, the drone breaks apart from enemy fire...

After playing so many Volus, it becomes an instinct to push F (melee/cloak button) even when I'm playing as different characters... Resulting in meleeing in the air while sprinting..

Also goes for de-bloodlusting as Vorcha Engineer.

One that isn't a fail really, but makes me feel stupid: hitting reload between sprays and running to ammo boxes between waves...when I'm using the CSMG.

classic fail moment this weekend. Jumped into a PuG, only to discover not one, but two BSNers who I had never encountered in game. They recognized me, I recognized them. Cool! Then, proceed to get sync killed by Banshees in the first match not once, not twice, not three times but FOUR freaking times. The last one was while I was standing on a ramp, thinking I was safe. At that point I wouldn't come within 100 feet of a Banshee unless there was a ramp handy. And it still didn't save me

Gold PUG the other day. Lobby had two players in the mid-hundreds and one player with almost identical N7/challenge score as mine.

Wave 1, get surprised by a spawn, kill 4 then get downed (ugh).

My "equal" teammate runs over to me, stands over me for a moment, lets out a little "Ha!" On his mic, then revives me.

I felt shrinkage.

Mines a little similar. I'll hear my teammates cloak and I'll 180 panic shot them thinking they're hunters.

Just this one time a Praetorian snuck up on me and insta-killed me ... I think it was bronze or silver. I was busy sniping and the little bugger didn't make a sound.

Had a Slayer playing with me the other day wielding a Talon and relying heavily on melee.  So it was constant Talon/Sword slashing sounds against Cerberus.  Never had a clue when a Guardian/Phantom were actually near us.

total party wipe because a couple of Cerberus Engineers decided to build two turrets on top of each other. Killed the engineers at least. >_<

Before getting Mathemagician, needed 2 Tech Bursts to get the last challenge. Join up a Silver match with a Biotic class, since you can use it them to detonate, and there were tons of Turians around that weekend. Almost didn't make it, got 2nd tech burst on wave 8...

Two days ago I was playing my geth engineer in a Reapers/Jade match. When wave 10 was about to start I tossed my turret in the area between the stairs in the back and sat on the left side waiting for the spawns. It turned out to be a targets objective, so I pull out my rockets and saw the target in the lab across from me. I fired the rocket and watched it blow up in my face, killing nothing.

I was rocket blocked by my own geth turret.

I am terrified of Scions thanks to a few unsavoury experiences in ME2.
Therefore, I have a protocol where I cower behind teammates if even one is still there. If it's Possessed, then I go to my "happy place" (read: opposite end of the map from it).

Yesterday. Playing badly, bad lag (but the bad play isn't just because of lag), getting killed a lot. Still in 2nd place, but lots of deaths. The top player makes a sarcastic comment "you're so fantastic, #OriginTag".

I rage quit on the spot. Hope they wiped. Played another game immediately, topped the chart. Nothing like rage to improve your game. (Yes yes, I'm a bad person. But I don't insult people having bad games, because I know it happeens to everyone.)

immediately after explaining to my friends how easy scions are to kill without ever getting hit (as a fury) I run up to one and get sync killed. think I even said, "here, watch, as long as your at the right distance"... then bam! many laughs by all.
