Also, until an enemy completes an attack command they started, they won't change targets (even if you taunt). If you pay close attention, you'll notice the Genlock Alpha comes up and attacks Dog first, because that was who he saw first (while he was overwhelming the first mage). Alistair taunts, but he still completes an attack against Dog before changing targets.

I added it to the OP, thanks. Looks like she was resisting a lot of the grenade damage--something like 30% resists?
Yea, I think it's supposed to be around 80 dmg max. Event my teammates had good resistance against them when I was doing some previous testing.
They barely effect Dragons. I think you get an average in the low 20s. Some of those seem like they do get DoT dmg.

Edit: A youtube video here shows someone doing the fight in a very haphazard way, depending heavily on Morrigan having the ability to heal people (which she doesn't currently have in my game).

Would like to see something on killing the suits of armor in Redcliffe Castle. Everywhere I've looked, people mention it being one of the hardest fights in the game.

It is a hard fight--each of them has Rally running, giving them very high defense at the beginning in addition to their high armor. I may end up doing that one, but it will be at least a month before I can work on any videos for technical reasons.

When I try to have my spellcaster cast mass paralysis, she always walks right into the room and gets kak'd. I can see the room and its baddies with the overhead cam, but she still insists on walking right in. Was this ability removed in patch 1.03? <_<

The possibility of it getting patched aside, these are the spells that I know don't take a line of sight:
Glyphs
Most (all?) Hexes
Large aoe primal spells (Blizzard, Inferno, Tempest?)
Death Cloud
Mana Clash

I have to say, I really like the boss fights in Awakening. I was thinking of doing Queen of the Blackmarsh next and then The Baroness, but does anyone have any suggestions for other fights? And, why is it most of the hard fights in Awakening were against females?

- The Queen of the Blackmarsh would be nice to see. Does destroying all the orbs before they meet do anything? I never could do that fast enough for some reason.
- Maybe the fight against the Inferno Golem and that other guy. I didn't really find a lot of the fights that hard, but it would be nice to see some other strategies.
- Oh also that fight against the 2 dragons. Luckly they fly up and teammates auto revive. Otherwise it could be a tough fight. I basically isolated one with forcefield and slowly chipped away at them one at a time.

Each orb heals her a certain amount... nothing special happens if you kill them all. They can be CC'd, so a really easy way to kill her is to cast Blizzard on top of her to slow the orbs down, and keep on killing her. Mass Paralysis works, too. As long as you keep one orb alive and away from her, you can get her from 75% to dead the first time she changes form.- The Queen of the Blackmarsh would be nice to see. Does destroying all the orbs before they meet do anything? I never could do that fast enough for some reason.
Hmm, I thought it was pretty straightforward, but it could be I just powered through it and missed the details.- Maybe the fight against the Inferno Golem and that other guy. I didn't really find a lot of the fights that hard, but it would be nice to see some other strategies.
I don't think I ever got an auto-revive, but I might not have been tightly enough grouped for that to happen. I only did that fight twice, so I can't say off-hand what sort of strategy is most effective. Really, though, the reason I never did any more videos for Awakening is that the expansion was just generally so easy I didn't see much need for them.- Oh also that fight against the 2 dragons. Luckly they fly up and teammates auto revive. Otherwise it could be a tough fight. I basically isolated one with forcefield and slowly chipped away at them one at a time.
Oh, and updated OP with another video (Caladrius).

Yea I would agree and just like you in many of the fights I just bulldozed my way through.
On the double dragon fight when they fly into the air, my downed teammates would come back if I was close enough to them. Maybe it's a bug or glitch but it can happen.
When they are both there they seem to alternate up and down, but when you have 1 left it can happen much easier.

I fought her on nightmare, but I just went to to toe with her and ignored the tentacles and just took the beating. She died surprisingly quick. I did have to take some health postions, but all in all it was a fast fight. I did use the firball speel you get at the very end but it probably wasn't necessary sens she was almost dead. I actually forgot about the spell you get.
I don't really know the names, but my group was the female elf mage, Justice, female dwarf, and myself as shapeshifting mage. I did most of the fight as a Bear, but switched to mage when health was around 25%. By then the Mother was around 50% or less health.
Also on the Caladrius video. Another way to eliminate him fast is to use Overwhlem if you are a shapeshifter. Just rush him as bear or even spider and drop him. If you can't kill him in a single overwhelm then you could combo like spider - overwhelm - web - bear - overwhelm and stomp if you have to finish him off. Or you could try to use paralysis or some type of stun if you need more time between shapeshifting.
