So, I enabled Tali and Legion early but I didn't talk to them at all because I was afraid something would mess up.. Weeellll, now I've done their loyalty mission as eventually they asked, but.. now I can't see the conversation I should have had with them BEFORE they ask about the loyalty mission.. Any clues on how I can still do that?
Not talking to a crew member untill they need your help (Help!)

i think the game basically assumes you have had all dialogue that you can have with the companion after the loyalty mission and makes it unavailable. Im not 100% certain though but i cannot recall ever doing a loyalty mission an then going to talk to them and having a conversation that shouldve took place after i either picked them up or just before the loyalty
