After researching the BSN forums, I've decided on good builds for the majority of my characters.  However, there are several of my characters' builds that I'm unsure about, and am looking for input for.  Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated!

Here goes:

Geth Engineer (Hunter Mode-less Build, 6/0/6/6/6)
6 - Geth Turret - Shield Restore, Restore Range, Flamethrower
6 - Overload - Chain Overload, Neural Shock, Shield Damage
6 - Networked AI - Damage & Capacity, Power Damage, Weapon Damage
6 - Advanced Hardware - Durability, Shield Recharge, Fitness Expert
Gear: Stronghold Package
Weapon(s): GPSG II (Spare Ammo, High Caliber Barrel), Acolyte V (Ultralight, High Caliber Barrel)

Krogan Shaman (6/6/6/0/6)

Turian Havoc (Havoc-less Build, 0/6/6/6/6)
6 - Cryo Blast - Radius, Cryo Explosion, Frozen Vulnerability
6 - Stimulant Pack - Max Shields, Duration, Weapon Damage
6 - Armiger Legion - Damage & Stability, Headshots, Damage & Stability
6 - Fitness - Durability, Shield Recharge, Fitness Expert

Weapon(s): Wraith II (Shredder Mod, Smart Choke), Acolyte V (Ultralight, High Caliber Barrel)

I know some of these classes aren't exactly the most-used or popular, but I'm just looking for some input on whether or not these builds are good.  In terms of the difficulty I play on, I play 50/50 split on Silver and Gold, but mainly stick to the 'higher-tier' chars on Gold (i.e. Geth Trooper, Asari Valkyrie, N7 Fury, N7 Paladin, Batarian Soldier, etc.).  

I'd like to be able to one day play all my characters on Gold, but with my current weapon levels I'm just way more comfortable playing the power-based classes atm.  Any advice on the above builds anyone could offer would be great, and feel free to add me on Origin if you wanna play some Silver/Gold.
