All vans also can wipe spawns in seconds using a reegar, heck, I can solo gold with a volus adept against reapers using a reegar... geth was harder because all the stun lock everywhere.

The thing that I was trying to say is that as long as you never nova without having a charge ready, a vanguard is unkillable. All sync killers but praetorians can be kept close as long as you know how to avoid their instant kills.

The problem of the novaguard is that people is stupid and commit suicide by using nova everytime they charge regardless if it put them in a bad situation. Vanguards get damage resistance after charge and can endure a bit beofore thinking in nova that is mostly used to keep yourself alive.

I think that would depend on the base cooldown of flare.  He and the Kroguard already violate my 3.4 second base cooldown rule (I try to choose weapons and build around having a 3.4 second cooldown on the primary power).

Why does everyone want to replace Cryo Blast on the Havoc!?
First of all, Turian Havoc is NOT an under-performing class, ESPECIALLY if he's using Cryo Blast! I mean, a Soldier who can heal himself, CC, set up Cryo Blasts, weaken armor, and move faster than all of the other soldiers combined?
How is that not awesome!?

And why does everyone want to replace it with a grenade power? What if you need to spend a Stim Pack but emptied out your grenade pool by chucking grenades? :whistle:


To answer the OP's question? Replace one of the Quarian Marksman's abilities, either Sabotage or Tactical Scan, with Defense Matrix. He's easily the squishiest Soldier on the roster, and needs something to make up for it. Not to mention he has way too many tech abilities for a Soldier.

The only other under-performing classes I can think of are the Drell, and that has more to do with them being pointlessly squishy than having bad abilities.
