It would be easier to list the banners I like:

- Nomad
- Hardcore
- Collector General
- War Fighter
- Outsider
- Monster

the rest is underwhelming, and the BoB banner is too bright and has too much noise. And a Sheploo face on top of that, thank you very much.

i actually like the halloween banner, to add to its coolness it was player made.
i dunno the name of the dude, so anyway...

judging a banner on looks based on who you think wears it is just plain silly... the topic is about looks.

OT: i think the tech mastery is probably the worste looking, but also the N7 day banner is too foggy looking in my opinion.
