Don't blame the game - it's most likely something else. Sorry to hear it's not working though. :/

1) This should be in tech support.
2) Start --> Run --> type "eventvwr" and hit enter --> Look under Applications. Post the error information (IN THE TECH SUPPORT FORAMZ, YO)

Ummm, it's probably not the game. It runs perfectly on my laptop (!), but I bought a copy for my dad for Christmas so he can play on his own system, and he's had quite a few problems (although it runs usually). He has had issues ranging from crashing to weird graphical glitches, but I suspect that it's because his system is older and his OS may not be as stable. I've got a P9500 CPU, 4 GB ram and a 9800 GTS (running WIn 7) which so far has run every game I throw at it nicely. His system has 2GB ram, and an 8600 GTS (Windows XP), but I don't know what processor he has. Try the tech support like Rin said.
