Tried to import this today using the .psk you shared Slippery, but my syncro license has expired and I might have an outdated version of ME3 Explorer. I tried downloading the latest publicly available version. (Updating might fix the below issue.)
I keep trying to follow the instructions WV provided but I get "index was out of range, must be non-negative and less than size of the collection." Importation hangs at "vertices and UVs."
I'm doing something wrong somewhere fundamentally, but I'm not sure where to start.
EDIT: "BioH_Tali_00.pcc" in CookedPCConsole is the location of the mesh I was trying to edit.
EDIT: I have the latest revision of ME3 Explorer now, trying again.
EDIT: Didn't get an import error this time, but Origin insists on updating. We'll have to see what happened shortly.
EDIT: Had to do a bunch of modding updates to enable flycam, did a repair I didn't bother to update again. Tali on the Normandy seems to be the same model. Gonna try updating a few more .pccs.
EDIT: Trying "BioH_Tali_01.pcc" now.
EDIT: Tried loading the geth dreadnought mission now. It crashed. Guessing that's where Tali's affected in BioH_Tali_00/01 is. PCConsoleTOCbin is updated too.
HMMMMMM.
EDIT: I get the index error trying to check on the model I imported.

Wonder if this has to do with net framework, since I got a message that that crashed...
EDIT: Luckily, I backed up my files and can just try importing again. Hmm. Seems to work and gives me a log of stuff that changed, but it flashes by. Then I try to to update PCConsoleTOCBin, but it doesn't work when I try it. Gives me the impression something breaks even though it says done. Need to restart ME3 Explorer to change the PCConsoleTOCbin
Also I didn't get any notification that I needed to get the .exe to get a texture, and she's blue and white. Hmmm.
EDIT: Edited BioH_Tali_01 doesn't seem to affect geth dreadnought mission. So it seems BioH_Tali_00 does.
EDIT: Hmm, says "destination array is not long enough to copy all items in the collection. check array index and length." Doesn't sound...inherently bad. >_> (When I check BioH_Tali_01 import.)

EDIT: Yep, BioH_Tali_00 is involved on the geth dreadnought mission, because editing it guarantees a crash!
EDIT: hurr hurr : "Bio
H (henchmen)"
https://encrypted-tb...XoFB6wUG6NwvcvcEDIT: Let's try literally anything!
BioH_Tali_00_NC.pcc has JUST a Tali model. Let's try updating that.
EDIT: Still crashes.
EDIT: BioH_Tali_00_Explore.pcc doing that now, hm...crashes. (Right now I'm wondering if all these models need to match or something. Although I guess this is just different loading for different scenarios.)
BioH_Tali_00_Explore_LOC_INT.pcc is empty in terms of models. So is BioH_Tali_00_LOC_INT.pcc
Hm.
Yeah I'm doing something wrong or have a wrong setting somewhere.
EDIT: ...if I visit Meshplorer and do NOTHING, then go to update PCConsoleTOCbin, it won't work. ...Odd...
EDIT: Screwing with the LOD upon import, I see weird giant lines through the model on LOD 1. Also I am unsure of how to get to the menu to change material. I am doing
all the wrong things.
Think I'm done for tonight.
EDIT: Been using the no mask PSK, just an FYI for anyone who wants to try and mess with anything.
