Assuming maxed playthroughs of ME1 and ME1, what is the maximum number of skill points you can allocate with a fresh ME3 char?

ME1 saves are not relevant.
You start ME3 at whatever level ME2 character you import. So the max is Level 30 and whatever corresponding amount of points goes with that. Don't know the number off the top of my head.
