UPDATE 2:
Searched on Twitter, Manveer says it's 100% fabricated interview lol:

twitter.com/manveerheir/status/279287073033302016
"I have seriously, in all my years, never heard of a totally made up
interview being posted. I've seen misquotes but 100% fabricated?! Crazy"

So unless someone else says something different, that's settled then

--------------------------------------

UPDATE: Eurogamer asked EA about the interview and EA said that one of the BW employees gave it: www.eurogamer.net/articles/2012-12-12-bioware-mass-effect-4-due-late-2014-to-mid-2015 However, the interview was now taken down because, as GamerSyndrome says: "The information provided previously by the author of this post was deemed to be obtained from an inaccurate source and NOT an official Bioware or EA interview response." So honestly I have no idea anymore whether it's real or not, whether part of it are real or not. Bioware should give an official word.

--------------------------------------

I'm... surprised this hasn't been posted yet? Probably everyone missed it. An interview from a week ago (Dec 5):
gamersyndrome.com/2012/video-games/gamersyndrome-talks-with-bioware-about-the-mass-effect-series/

tl;dr most important parts:
- ME4 not out until late 2014 to mid 2015, very rough release window, full developement started a month/two ago, Casey Husdon and other people from Edmonton very involved; more info will be revealed in 2013
- Bioware has some "plans" regarding Wii U and just as with PS3, "Never Say Never" when it comes to full Mass Effect Trilogy not being released on Wii U
- more DLC to come, next one has 8 writers etc (we knew that already), more info will be released in the coming weeks, no answer whether that's the last DLC though, may not be but Bioware says that we're getting to the point where they won't be releasing as much DLC for ME3 as before

Thanks for updating the OP - Just to reaffirm, that site went on a rampage and spewed a ton of fictitious rubbish.
