Why the hell do people hate cortez and tryanor so much? They seemed realistic to me, they weren't in your face about their sexuality, didn't act like stereotypes, and seemed like normal people who weren't defined by their sexual attraction.


Is that it? Is it becasue cortez didn't act flamboyant and tryanor didn't act like enough of a butch? Is it becasue cortez didn't dress like a tranny or act as the "game best friend" character archetype?

I honestly do not understand people sometimes. Sorry for derailing this thread and probably pissing people off with my missing the point, but I honestly don't get it.

I don't understand we were working with AI since Mass effect 2.
As far as I am concerned the conflict during this cycle was over when peace was reached.

As for previous cycles? Well the Reapers used the synthetics to destroy Organics.
There was only a conflict forced by the mixed race known as the "Reapers".
Even before the cycle began Organics and Synthetics had peace before the creators of the catalyst tried to stop the moral synthetics from helping the Organics.

no offence (sorry no pun intended) i agree with you.  since i dont really think of anything outside the game i just see a ****ty ending...regardless of sexuality, race, colour, etc.....  what you have to bare in mind is that the internet is a forum for people to say what they think without engaging their brains first.  that also includes us (BSN) and reviewers.  what got me at the beginning was how can you review anything as a complete package when you have not played the complete package?  thats what i have against reviewers.  it looks good....hey lets give it a good score.   its made by Bioware...even better.

OP, I stayed off the forums until I beat ME3. I HATED THE ENDING. I didnt hop on a band wagon like you claim.

On a side note, the EC made the ending good (for me anyway).

Anyway, while I see and appreciate some of the ideas the ending wanted to convey (both in literal and non-literal forms), the execution is botched. No bandwagoning there; if a medium's fans are bickering over the moral stances and abstract interpretations instead of celebrating and relishing them, you know something's up.

god forgive me i know it's synthetic but i love the flavour, kind of like some chinese food, i know it's loaded with msg and cacer in a tin container but it's sooooo good. why do we love the things that are bad for us? like hanging out on BSN?
