Totally unexpected on Asari Infiltrator buff as I found her quite useful in gold already, even without any consumable.

Another character with Sabotage and you don't even touch sabotage very long cooldown really?
We are looking at Sabotage for next week's changes. We appreciate any feedback from the community on that power and how it should change.
For starters the cooldown is horribly long for such a pitiful power. It's cool when it actually works, but when it works it is for such a short period of time it doesn't warrant the cooldown.
The power itself rarely nets in any kills. For example.. Sabotage a Prime and it will just stand still and do absolutely nothing for three seconds and then it's back to stunlock city.
The only thing it is good for is to use it as Overload against organics. But to do that it is way too long of a cooldown.. Might as well use a character with overload.

In fact i do. You are supposed to be the professionals , you are supposed to have all the tools and calculators all the character/weapon design plans not us. You should have a solid opinion , who are those you are listening to ? What knowledge do they have on gaming why should their opinion matter . This means that on your behalf there should be someone taking the responsibility. There has been several times that you personally Mr. Fagnan have said that you do not decide the balance changes yet other stuff have clearly pointed at you.Eric Fagnan wrote...

This should be your QA responsibility !!
We have a very limited number of internal QA compared to the thousands of players who play our game. We like to listen to our community. I hope you're not saying that this is a bad idea?
But the whole point all you guys are missing up there in the MP division is 1 and only. The mass effect fanbase composition . You must be confusing it with some other war game.I can discuss with solid examples if you are intrested.
I don't think it's a case of, community member said x, I guess we better do that then. Their team is stripped down, they can't spot everything, statistics are against them. However, a hundred thousand players will find almost everything, and can bring it to the attention of others. But if you see how fast this forum moves, even then, they can't read every single thing that crops up.
Someone can make a suggestion, and they can consider it. Someone can make a reasoned argument that they did not consider before, and using that argument make a change. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
Here is a reasoned argument for a change to Sabotage.
It's cooldown is too large. It is negligible on the Quarian Female Infiltrator due to tactical cloak, the cooldown is not seen. Thus, cooldown can be reduced, without buffing the QFI in the slightest.
The cooldown should be reduced as the effect, while considerable, is not enough to justify its long cooldown.
Backfire does significant damage, but so does, Smash, the Slashes, Shadow Strike, but they all have much shorter cooldowns, cause ragdolls, and instant stagger, and can hit multiple targets.
Hacking simply acts like a 3 or 4 second stasis, followed by making the target attack. Having a short cooldown would be balanced by the fact that casting it again would negate the hack effect on the character. But would still be buffed as it would allow you to actually use your powers to deal some damage in the meantime.
Part of QA is responding to feedback from consumers. They can weigh it up, and if the feedback is reasonable, adjustment can be made. Completely ignoring customers is a bad idea, as is bending to their every whim.
No, QA has nothing to do with responding to customer feedback. Responding to customer feedback is a job in and of itself. Once you make the decision to ellict customer feedback, you need to allocate the appropriate resources to this task. Right now, it appears that "responding to customer feedback" is Eric Fagnan hops on the board for a half hour every week and takes a look at which thread seems to have the most replies. This is inappropriate, and I'd rather they say that they don't have the staff or the budget at this point to appropriately parse the feedback than to pretend that it's actually being evaluated carefully.

I like the fact that we have two infiltrators that use tactical cloak differently yet at the same time, it's weird that we have two infiltrators that eschew sniper rifles...
Then again, even before the ghost and huntress, shotgun infiltrators were extremely powerful so eh....

We are considering further Vorcha Hunter buffs.
What about Vorcha Sentinel and Soldier? Can they get the same running speed as the Vorcha Hunter have?
And about Carnage - reduce base recharge speed maybe (from 10 sec to 8)?

I'm actually happy with today's balance changes. Huntress remains a unique infiltrator. Quarian Marksman got an appropriate weapon buff. My only gripe is that the Vorcha Hunter buff was lackluster.

I was pretty surprised seeing a VHE buff. Though, I do admit it was needed seeing as he's supposed to be a powerspammer yet Bloodlust slows power use by 60%.

Yeah I'm not excited for him either. But I do look forward to getting the XP from his character cards. Currently my Engineer class is stuck at L12 (working on N7 mastery over the long haul)
Get off your high horses, christ. Not everyone wanted the goddamn drell, I for one, wanted this kit the most out of the (at the time) four remaining.

I have a funnier proposal, but doubt it could be implemented without a patch, if at all: if a mook's (Cannibal, Marauder, Assault Trooper, Centurion) gun is Sabotaged, the said mook cannot shoot at all unless he/it goes to the ammo crate and picks up a thermal clip (the Collector Trooper and Captain must just wait until their guns cool down, which takes several seconds).

Yes, there was a real urgency for a new Turian. I mean, we only had 4 of them. WTF
Lol, urgency. It's a game kids. Relax.

Geez, Dark Channel would be about 700 DPS to armor without consumables going for damage routes.
With those buffs, I might open up my Quarian Marksman.
Still don't really care about the Vorcha Engineer, but that's just cuz I'm not big on sub net. I've seen people do well with it, so to each his own. They'll like the buff.

That is if you go with the proper warp debuffs and all power damage in cloak. And even then you can add another 65% damage with the proper amps/gear..

Actually, a simple change that would help out both the Vorcha Soldier and the Vorcha Hunter: Reduce Bloodlust's CD penalty (currently a 60% CD penalty!). Flamer already cools down very fast so I'm not sure if flamer builds will notice anything significant.

As for the changes, they're good, though I'd prefer when the patches come out to fix TC for the Huntress rather than leave as is. That said, it's only a minor preference and I see the argument for leaving her as is. But I think she might be a bit OP if you leave these changes in. Certainly pushing being the best adept.

Agree. Except for the redemption part, I like SP and MP equally (very much).Taritu wrote...
The ME3 multiplayer team has been the most consistent at listening to players. For that, I thank them. That and for the MP at all, since for me it redeemed the game, and heck, I'm still playing it so many months after release.

I hope (very much) that Retaliation woun't be the last MP DLC.
