1. How does adding more electricty to electriacity not enhance it.
2-3. It is on topic. This is how the emp is made
4. Husk are held to gether by nano machines and tech.
EM fields are not electricity. One can lead to another and vice versa, but not simply because "It's there". You need to actively change it using magnetic coils and what have you. If that was the case, we would have wireless power no problem.
2-3. No, because ME fields were never the problem.
5. No. They are organic bodies with tech bits added in. Still solid. Plus, Low EMS shows soldiers ALSO being turned to ash from this "EMP". Which is bull.
The red wave is not an emp.

An electromagnetic pulse[/b] (commonly abbreviated EMP[/b]) is a burst of electromagnetic radiation. The abrupt pulse of electromagnetic radiation usually results from certain types of high energy explosions, especially a nuclear explosion, or from a suddenly fluctuating magnetic field. The resulting rapidly-changing electric fields and magnetic fields may couple with electrical/electronic systems to produce damaging current and voltage surges.

Electromagnetic radiation[/b] (EM radiation[/b] or EMR[/b]) is a form of energy emitted and absorbed by charged particles, which exhibits wave-like behavior as it travels through space. EMR has both electric and magnetic field components, which stand in a fixed ratio of intensity to each other, and which oscillate in phase perpendicular to each other and perpendicular to the direction of energy and wave propagation. In a vacuum, electromagnetic radiation propagates at a characteristic speed, the speed of light.
So in short...You can't have an emp with out electricity. Of course electricty would enhance it.
2-3. Mass effect feild is what the crucible generates. Of course it's the cause.
4. They are only solid as long as the machinery is working. Once it done it falls apart. This is in the lore.
