creating a female reaper would disrupt the bro-code all reapers follow and lead to chaos over who gets to date said reaperette in reaper society, anyways as mentioned most AI's do not have sexes or any sense of gender, and technically all a reaper needs to do is change its voice to make it more female like, but really who wants to be the VICKI reaper in the bunch.

I'm sure at some point someone asked for a female Geth. And a Love Interest, of course, as well as a permanent crew member, otherwise what's the point, right? Also Shepard would have had to be able to marry " it ". Also, why haven't we seen female Volus or female Batarians? I'd also like to see a female Claymore because the current model is so blocky and uncurvy.

Maybe because we only talked with 3 reapers, out of which one was made from a race of space cuttlefish? We have no idea about the sexual dimorphism of most of the species, so they could easily all be female.
