We're on the same page here stardusk. IMO this kit is another one of the worst.
Vorcha engineer might very well be better than this crap if bloodlust didn't cripple the cooldown timer by 50.

I have found sentry turret has always sucked, and sabotage's effect time is so low its never useful, and it does almost nothing to the majority of reapers.

We don't get tech kill medal from shadow strike too but it is considered tech power I believe.

Eh, I don't find him to be that bad honestly. Definitely not a high DPS class but fun to play IMO.

I refuse to play this class ever for any reason. This is the first time that I have not gotten on to unlock the new character immediately upon release. Here's why.
Sentry Turret - I cannot, for the life of me, understand why this power is so incredibly bad. To those saying it doesn't die quickly, please play something above Bronze. Even in Silver I find this thing worthless. Pathetic damage and even worse survivability. My typical QFE build is 0/6/6/6/6 for this reason.
Sabotage - The only reason I spec into this on my QFI is because I don't like stickies as a matter of preference. But after something like 3 nerfs, I detest this power. And the most prevalent reason for that is probably its cooldown. I don't like waiting a week to use a power again.
Homing Grenades - The best power of the bunch, but not by far. As far as grenades go, I can easily say that I'd take Lift, Arc, Cluster, Inferno, or Multi-Frag grenades over Homing grenades any day. That leaves Frag and Stickies as the only two I'd rank under Homing. They travel ridiculously slow, and while their damage isn't bad, it's not good enough to warrant the travel time.
I refuse to use this class because I have no interest in using an Engineer as a weapon specialist class. We have plenty of those already.

eh, it just feels like stardusk (and everyone else for that matter), have gotten WAY more radical than how they were a few months ago.
Suddenly every word, in their opinion, has to be and ultimately is profound and significant.
Not directly related to the locals of BSN (to some it might actually be, though) but it's a general pattern you see a lot with games and in game related forums.
