All of the humans, including the N7 ones. The fact of the matter is is that I'm a human every day, but I'm a creatively inclined one. So playing a human in a game, well... this old wolf is no actuary! I like the alien races. Geth, volus, salarian, turian, it's all good.

What's the character you never never use? For me it's the QFE, followed by the Justicar. 

i can narrow it down for you.........i HATE biotic classes....back then during the wub wub wub wub wub RRRRRRRrRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrr had a mental effect on me to never touch them ever again.

There are no classes that I can't/won't use but there are some that I've not yet gotten around to:

Quarian Marksman
Asari Huntress
Turian Saboteur
Volus Mercenary

... I might do once I've completed the waves I need to unlock Commando Mastery (just need a few more with AV, about halfway through T.Sent) and Outsider Mastery.

About the only class I don't often use is the N7 Demolisher... I just prefer the QME for some reason.

I never play human characters (the first two basic characters of each class). Not for any special reason. just because i see them too much in the game. My favorites are all the krogans, geths and salarians.

That lot now I pretty much NEVER use. All other classes I might play once on the odd occasion.

I love the volus. Well, i'm not very good playing with them, but i enjoy to play with volus on my team and trying to be close to them, thanks to their shield regenerators.

Well my least used character is probably the Quarian Marksman I have taken every retaliation character and extracted for at least one match but I only played the marksman for 2 rounds before I decided I didn't like him.

I like most of the Sentinels, though. 

Human Sentinel, the class that everyone seems to not use or like, but is actually good

Least used characters are the original Turians, Vorcha Soldier, Krogan Sentinel and Soldier.

Haven't even really touched the Batarian Vanguard since the week he cane out.
