My game was dispatched yesterday morning and i have a tracking number but its not tracking on parcelforces website anyone know why.

it says in the email that the number may be correct but changes on the parcelforce website but how do i get the new number. theres no option to search for any parcels coming to my postcode.

Mine isn't working either, don't worry too much though. They are taking over a lot of Royal Mail's stuff this week so possibly they are just lazy with the tracking.

Ok just an update phoned parcel force and they havnt even collected it from game yet its due for collection today so should be here tomoz.

Thanks for the Leg work there Padds was disappointed to see it didn't update over night but hey tomorrow is good as well. (At least we know it's shceduled for today now, which is more than I have gotten from GAME)

No worries I am just so desperate for this game dnt care about the complaints people have made so far. Which version you getting im getting 360 but may get pc version early next year

If you have the CE version and it's been ordered with special delivery it's guaranteed on Friday morning. When I spoke to the advisors @ ArseForce, sorry, ParcelForce they told me:



'GAME were supposed to leave your package for collection on tuesday but they've done it today instead, so we're just sorting it for delivery now. It will be one of the first deliveries by friday because it's on special order'



Someone is going to get one which slips through the cracks and arrives tomorrow instead of the 6th, I guarantee it. If this happens... tell everyone!

That's because your game has been collected from GAME today, that's why you have a tracking number but no info. They won't be ready for delivery until at least tomorrow (which is when the tracker will begin to update, or possibly this eve), the PF rep confirmed that with me.

Well mine was dispatched monday apparently and my tracking code's been saying the same thing since tuesday which is Service: Express 24 well here's hopeing it's come's for tomoro or friday

Can I just ask if you are entering the entire Order Number as the tracking number? When I do with my order number (xxxxxxxxxxx/P) I get the message "The tracking number should only contain numbers or letters.".

I just called them as well and they said they hadn't received it from Game yet, even though I got an email from Game saying it had been dispatched on Monday. So I guess it's Thursday or Friday now then.

When I spoke to ParcelForce they couldn't comment on whether the packages were impounded until a certain time or date (such as 6:00 am on the 6th November for example) which makes me think they have orders from GAME regarding the deliveries going out too early. Like I said, there may well be one or two that slip through the cracks due to human error for delivery tomorrow, but i'm just speculating at this point.

You should receive an email with a sperarate number for tracking, the one from Game doesn't work with Parcelforce

Your order number is the one you use on the GAME website. Your tracking number should come in a separate email from GAME that you enter into the parcel force website.

I received one entitled "Your Order Is On Its Way!" which said "Track Your Special Delivery Order*

If your order is being sent by Special Delivery your tracking number is: xxxxxxxxxxx/P".

Should I be expecting another email then?

Hmm that seems to be a mistake as I don't think Parcelforce accepts /P in the code.



Best thing I can say is maybe call up game and say you appear to have been given an incorrect tracking code.

Yep you should... and err, seeing as you've posted your order number, don't give away you're second name or everyone will find out where you live, ay? lol.

edit: wait a moment, which delivery method have you got? i got this email:

That number looks like the Game order number; I have a Parcel Force tracking number lower down in the mail which starts with BA e.g.

it looks like we could get the game either today or thursday caus you always get games from game 1 day early but caus of postal strikes could possibly be 2 days early

I've ordered the CE PC edition with Express 24 delivery, so if they pickup today that should be here tomorrow.



Liam - The tracking details are empty because Parcel force hasn't actually collected it yet.
