Not to nixpix here just a thought. Does anyone else think in Lothering there is a male outside the jobs borad who stand's there to preech. It's near the Chantry. Doesn't his voice, sound exactly like Jowan the Blood Mage.

I know it doesn't mean anything if true or if not true. But has anyone else noticed this. You complete a quest on the jobs borad and the guys look is very different from way he looks. I was thinking I know that voice.

There's a ton of npcs that seem to share that voice actor.

Yeah quite a few NPC's get recycled voice actors.

Could well be; there are a couple of voices which appear more than once throughout the game. Last occurrence I met with: the revered mother of Leliana's nightmare in the Fade is actually Wynne's voice (or so it seemed to me).

the voice actor for Jowan did a ton of other minor nameless characters. He does one of the guards in City Elf, one of the mage apprentices, the blackstone irregular guy in lothering, on and on and on
