Interesting.
For all the detail put into the mid-parts, descriptions, dialiouge, etc. (Which was good) the ending, ironically, was a bit spartan.
"they adopted two kids". Very...informal.
Not too sure about the bar, I like the effort but the toast? 'We're dead, we're here, it's a party. Have a nice dirt nap.'
Seems a bit contradictory.
Either way though, five minutes spent well enough in the reading.
