You buy microsoft/bioware points in shop, type in code and buy it via points added to your account

I can't see which platform you own ME3 on, but this is what works for PC.
Go to the ME2 DLC page on BSN and try to buy a DLC you don't own. If you have 0 BW points it will ask you to buy some and you can use Paypal there.
It obviously won't work if you already own all of the ME2 DLC.

Here on BSN, go Profile -> Add BioWare Points. Lots of payment options, I usually go Paysafecard.

Sometimes you can even find bioware points in game stores, i purchased some at sales, but they are hard to come by. Inside is just code you redeem on this site, and points are yours.

Gamestop PSN card is how I do it.
PS Store has issues with my credit cards. It's cost them about $100 so far, just from me. PSN needs fixed.

Just post your SSN here and I'll get you hooked up
Everyone knows this forum is where you go to buy DLC and not talk about multiplayer

TommyNg,
Are you PC, Xbox, or PS3?
I'm on PS3, and after their network fiasco, I changed all my online passwords and vowed never to use a credit card with them again. So I go to Walmart, buy one of the prepaid cards and redeem the code in the PSN. I would imagine Xbox and PC allow a similar protocol.
