Anyone know if its possible to change the upgrade prices from the research terminal?
Since i actually enjoy scanning between missions, i would like to try and raise the prices to to an amount where you would need to scan 80-90% of the galaxy to afford everything, instead of the tiny amount you need now. 

I know that for most of you think scanning is boring and this might seem silly, and i could just edit my ressources with gibbed everytime i buy something, but it's just not the same!
There does seem to be some kinda multiplier in use on the ranked upgrades, that determine the price on the next rank, so very little editing could be needed to manipulate with those.

I searched the config files i found in game and document/bioware folder, but failed to find anything related to this.
