You can if you use Bootcamp and run it in windows. However, anything you make with it will require some work to get it installed in OSX.
If I recall, someone had a thread elsewhere on the boards about how to install user content on a Mac. Might be worth searching the boards for, just to be sure you can use anything you may create with the toolset.
That's going to be the best you can do until/unless BW releases a Mac version of the toolset.

Problem is that the toolset has .exe executables, wheras Cider doesn't work with .exe files. (They must be ported to work with Cider, whereas the reast looks quite the same as the Windows version).
