What exact thought process was going on when the following CGI model was approved for the Sacred Ashes trailer?

It's odd for sure, googly eyes are a bit much. Were those attached to 10k in bills though, I think I could handle it.

I actually prefer the 'sacred ashes' version over the in-game version (it's the sneer/'teeth-y' smile expressions, I guess...closer to the VA than the in-game version's expressions)

I'm with the OP kinda. While the CGI version is fine, the in game one is the superior version.

Anyway, it hardly matters. It's not like any of the characters look remotely like their trailer counterparts which in turn looked nothing like the concept art. Personally I wish they had stayed close to the concept art for the final product.

Well, Morrigan is great, but this scene of her, I'd don't like. Her facial expression is like, what am I doing here. It's something below Morrigan looks in this scene, her in-house game; now that's a devilish like indeed.YUM:) Opps off subject great impression. "You will learn to fear me!" Morrigan: I going to kick you scene from many battles.

Unless he has a melon inside his bra, it's most probably a girl, but else it would be hard to make the distinction between a girly-boy or an athletic girl

Someone once said to me "if you are not sure always look for the adams apple", in that picture the adams apple is being covered by an oversized red coloured weapon, which makes me even more suspicious.

Super-model, beautiful, clean and awsome is not the way I imagine a wild girl living in a middle of a swamp. No matter if she is a mage or not.

EDIT: Besides, the CGI Morrigan has a more predatory look, just like her mother.

Actually it is a chick but she was suppose to be a he...in the game but the final game made him a her...confusing right?

I wish Morrigan looked more like the CGI than what she does in the game, she is a little too pale....and looks like she wants to cut herself..sadly...the CGI looks totally different.

She's in the middle of a noir chuckle at the carnage she has just sewn with a Walking Bomb spell. If she DIDN'T give a laugh and a sneer after making somebody blow up with her mind, I'd say the trailer wasn't staying true to her character.
