I am trying to get the DLC return to ostagar. (I know its been delayed) In order for me to do that i need to have a EA account to buy it. In the main menu on the bottom left u should be able to see the Y botton to make an account but theres no Y botton in the main menu. Every time i log into the game it says this "unable to access your online profile storage. the game has encountered an error" Any ideas or answers will be helpful. Please give full details with your answers thank you.
Cant find the Y button in main menu to make an account?

I have the exact same problem and whenever I try to contact them I can't even log into my profile.

Did u link your xbox live gamer tag to your ea account (Select A Default Persona). If not go to EA.com choose add a persona.
