For me it's the Quarian Female Engineer. She's the Ice Queen of Stunlock when I'm using the Acolyte. Throw the turret, start ice spamming and shoot your Acolyte indiscriminately. It's pure magic. Only boss units can break the line. Ever since the Acolyte was introduced to allow her something to use to strip shields, she's my favorite character when I just want to have fun.
This so much.

That's how I used to play her, but I respecced her for flame turret + incinerate for the flame powers weekend operation a while back, and that's surprisingly effective. Seems to be one of the easiest characters to get the 50 tech kills medal with using that build. Still, I'll probably respect her for cryo again later, that's still too much fun to pass up (even if cryo is a bit underwhelming compared to snap freeze, unfortunately).bunnylover wrote...

I do agree wholeheartedly that the Acolyte is what makes this character truly shine, even though I liked her from the start (well, since the moment I got her, anyway; she was the last of the original characters I unlocked, probably because I wanted her the most

So, Jeremiah, what happened to you today?
I saw a Rick Astley reference. Online.
You and your lies, Jeremiah.

Oh, in game, of all the original characters, the Drell Adept.

and the krogan sentinel.
Does she play too? If so, same question
Have fun
Mine does not post on the BSN, she's considerably wiser than I am
Wise, wise, decision .. getting her guy to do all the research and letting him tell her the important bits. Does his ego no end of good and she gets to miss all the awful threads that pop up.

Salerian Engineer.
His decoy may not rock like before but now he is a tech burst machine.
I have to admit, I never enjoyed decoy much and so this poor guy has been extremely underused by me... and not at all since the last patch. With the changes to explosions I'll have to revisit him. Thanks!
Have fun

currently, the drell
previously, the geth
and even before that, the krogan
and way before that, the quarians (female)
if i was to choose one of those, it would be a tight match between the drell, geth and quarians
i just find there is to much choice to get caught on a single class

Both original uncommon characters. Always find myself going back to them. The only time I stop playing them is when I run out of shotgun rail amps and warp ammo.
Of course I love playing other classes at times, but I never get bored of these two.
Asari vanguard is perfection in a character - incredibly well designed kit. Only the melee isn't great - would prefer standard vanguard punch heavy melee.
Drell adept has pull, one of only three characters that has it, most fun character that has pull (favourite biotic power, despite obvious setbacks). Incredibly fun to play, even though I'd rather ditch cluster grenades in favour of annihilation field or something...
