All i ask i for the ending is to be of the same quality as the rest of the game and that there some sort or Cartesian exposition and contextualization for the play-through.

The final boss will be a Templar who is secretly a mage and transforms himself into a self hating abominationBattlebloodmage wrote...
I want them to have different final boss this time around. Since the game doesn't base around a central evil figure like the archedemon, I want them to allow us to fight different final boss if we can choose side in this game. I really wanted Orsino to be one of the final bosses alongside with Meredith. These little differences add more replayability and give more weight to choices in the game.

You're assuming that the main plot will be around the mage-templar war, which we don't know. From what we know, the story might have a central evil figure again.
If the game will not feature a central villain, which isn't affiliated with the mages and the templars, and the game will be around the war, I agree with you on having a different final boss for the path you choose, though there'd a problem with the hypothetical third neutral path.

It doesn't have to be about the Mages or Templars. I just think that it would be pretty cool if the final boss is dependent on your actions, your alignment, and the people you side with. One of my favorite older games I play is Der Langrisser in which you can side with the good guys, the bad guys, the demons or form your own independent path where you can challenge god herself. In all of these paths, the final bosses are different while the other factions are either killed off by you or another faction. I think it would add more incentive for people to replay the game and play the game differently, maybe actual try to be evil so that they can face the good guy's final boss.hhh89 wrote...

Ok, I was assuming that you were talking about mages and templars.
I like the idea of having a different bosses, though they're not going to create an evil path, so if they're not going to go on the mage/templar route, I don't see how they'd do it. They'd create different evil organizations, with different goals. How would the hero choose who will be the main boss?
I mean, they could created completely different paths based on some choices you made in the game, but I don't think it's an approach Bioware would do.
