Probably stickies due to annoying mechanics and tiny radius. They're good for lobbing at armored bosses for the damage spike, but inferno grenades do more damage in that role over a wider radius.

Sticky Grenades
Easily the worst. Only good for single target boss killing, which most every other grenade does well enough as well as having a radius large enough to bomb spawns/clusters of enemies.
The base radius needs to be buffed to probably about double what it currently is.

I'm not fond of cluster grenades, but that might be because I'm terrible at controlling them. Lift grenades are easy and do absurd damage.

LOL @ all the sticky grenade hate. I love my QI, just cloak and nuke an entire spawn point with a couple of stickies. It's glorious, they do tonnes of damage and are accurate. They go where you throw them, and you can stick a trash mob have him run into a pack of his allies and take out multiple enemies in one hit.
My vote for worst are MFGs. The damage sucks, they aren't accurate and the are meant to carpet bomb huge AoE swath of destruction, but they don't do that well cause carpet bombing only works from aerial units. The spread is to far apart and they are underwhelming.

Stickies. Their learning curve is ridiculously high.

Clusters are only better if you want to get secondary combo explosions. Lift grenades are easier to aim (don't go flying all over the place) and are on classes that can get serious power bonuses (Tech Armor boost and power synergy from Biotic Charge)lazuli wrote...

No, they are the most powerful, per grenade, especially against armor. They are perfect for boss killing
