If memory serves, it's a shot towards the end of the dialogue scenes on Tachunka. It's a vanilla shot with no editing except in scale.

Madaraki Fran from Franken Fran.
Her naivety of the world applied to her medical ingenuity and medical oaths and values create this hilarious, twisted persona who through her surgical ingenuity has basicly made death moot.
She can revive anything and everything making a mockery of the basic rules of biology. And the glorious part? She doesn't even understand that what she's doing is essentially more harm than good.
She revived a truck full of people (Which her sister blew up to make a point) by sewing said 30 approximate people women, men and children into an incomprehensible surgical mess that had pain and could not in anyway whatsoever live a normal life but had a pulse and could breathe, and why?
Because life is sacred and should be preserved no matter what. She basicly causes people fates worse than death itself and she doesn't even understand that what she does has faults that may overtake the good she does.
And I love it. I'm a sick sick person for laughing at the stuff. It's high caliber dark humour right in the morals and I find it hilarious.
Also she's hot.
