I am 100% sure that Shep is not indocrinated

but why,if TIM is able to make him shoot Anderson, you would think Harbinger would make him use the Normandy to destroy the crucible

is Shepard that just strong minded that the reapers indocrination attempts always fail ?

The same reason none of the protagonists of RE games are ever infected (ignoring Jill's brief stint in ME3); it's counterproductive. As much as we try to ignore it, ME is still a game.

Wasn't Leon infected in RE4?

I seem to recall only Ashley got infected, but it's been a while since I played RE4.

The Catalyst doesn't want the Crucible destroyed. He becomes angry if Shepard refuses to use it. And the Catalyst controls the Reapers.

How can an AI "become angry" ?

So EDI being angry at the reapers and Legion being argered by you stopping it some how means synthetics can't have emotions?

They have emotions, they many not prosses them the same way we do buttheyhaveemotions.

Yeah, both of them get infected with the Plaga during the course of the game.

Being main characters, they get better though.

Shepard can't be indoctrinated because he is the Chuck Norris of the ME universe.

If that's true, then all the Reapers needed was a Bruce Lee equivalent.

Using this video as an analogy:

Bruce Lee (Harbinger) just turned around and walked out of the room at around the 4:45 minute mark to let Shepard (CN) just do his thing instead of continuing the fight that happens in the rest of the video.

I have a question. Why didn't harbinger shoot down the Normandy when he clearly has two lasers at the beginning of Shepards run to the beam?

Harbinger follows the Geneva Convention and refuses to shoot down a vehicle use for evacuating casualties.

My question was how did no one else on the occupied planets get indoctrinated

They did. In my current playthrough of ME3 I've found no less than four or five planet descriptions that describe exactly that.

Also, I always thought this was one major advantage to not attempting to take the Citadel immediately by brute force. Allow refugees to gather there, send indoctrinated refugees along too. Now you have: indoctrinated agents on the Citadel, and a mass harvesting like fish in a barrel.
