None of the Normandy team. They need time to get home. A lot of time. The relays can't be used.

It is carted to the protein vats, to be turned into the paste that will provide needed sustenance to the survivors of the Reaper attack.

The Shepard continues to grant salvation, even after death! Praise be!

Shepard gets up, dusts him/herself off, finds an escape pod and gets back to Earth. Come on, she/he comes back from planetary re-entry with nothing but a space suit. You really think an explosion could stop him/her? Never!!!!

He gives himself a dose of medi-gel and sends a distress call. One of the remaining ships in the system picks him up and gives him medical care. If Miranda survived to the point where she participated in the battle for Earth, she could be the one who treats Shepard because of her familiarity with his body and implants.

In the ending where he lives, the galaxy's technology is barely damaged. And his omni tool was intact enough after being shot by Harbinger that he could maintain communication with Anderson and Hackett. Squeezing out a dose of gel to stabilize himself and call for help is completely possible. Or maybe he grabbed Anderson's omni-tool off of his wrist after he died.

Heck, he may have dosed himself in between being passing out and arriving in the Catalyst's chamber. Medi-gel doesn't heal completely, it disinfects, numbs pain, and stops bleeding. That's about it. And matter of fact, one of the side effects of large doses of medi-gel is loss of consciousness(too much is like a sedative)

EDI definitely won't, that's for sure.

I'd imagine some random Alliance soldier or surviving worker would trip over him while sifting through debris. After a moment of shock (and the oppurtunity to snap a quick photo for his Facebook page), the soldier would radio command and get Shepard to a medic. Once stabilised, Shepard will spend the next 6 months in hospital and gets let out just as the recently rescued Normandy crew are arriving home. There is a tearful reunion and they all go out for pizza.

dont worry, to prevent the paradox from happening, future shep and present day shep go further back in time collecting child shep, they then go even further back and convince the leviathans to create the reapers and offer child shep up to become harby... perfect full circle story with no gaps what so ever.
