No one shep goes into acoma from shock then bleeds out withing hour of waking up because his/her cybernetics aren't that good.

Indeed.
Some would call this cynical and some would call it logical.

He doesn't die in my game, because my interpretation of both movie cliches and of the game ending is that shepard is 100% alive. If anything, hes going to get up and walk out of the debris to the salvage crew the same way he did after dying and shattering all the bones in his body back in ME1 or getting fried and spaced in ME2.

Thats my interpretation of the ending, but please, do go on preaching how only the pessimistic and nihilistic interpetation is the one true canon like some ki.d of jehovas witness.

Yea, there is nothing suggesting that his legs were blown off.

Even though I can have fun at the nihilistic interpretations now and then it not about that for me in this case.
it's about the most logical interpretation. The most probable if you will.
What the writers intended and what we are shown just doesn't match up.

Personally, for me at least, logic hasnt existed in ME since sarens trial and the herp derp council not seeing saren with a geth arm.

Ever since that moment, everything for me has been "Oh, the writers are doing this now? Alright, ill roll with it."
