Why do people keep making threads like this?? Is there nothing else to discuss?

I think it is not possible to achieve this. Everybody plays the Warden with a certain personality in mind. Which means that BioWare would end up rewriting most people's Wardens completely. And the... cake would hit the fan, if you know what I mean. If there is a way to make your customers furious, this is it. Personally, I would hate to see this happen to my canon Warden. Plus, she's already happily in love in my game. Moreover, with the direction DA has been heading since DAII, the less they touch the Warden, the better.

I doubt that anyone reasonable (I mean people not from BSN) would care much really.

Degrade my Warden(s) to NPC?

No way!

Besides, they are busy with

(a) ruling Amaranthine, bonking Zevran, and visiting the Dalish from time to time,

(B) being dead,

© taking care of Morrigan and her child in the Twilight Zone,

(d) giving Queen-Wife Anora a hard time while keeping Leliana on the side.

Wat? No. I don't think my Warden and my Hawke would even get along with each other.

I wouldn't mind a different warden for an LI. Maybe one who gets declares undying love for you and swears he will never leave you only to get his calling just at the end of DA3 and has to leave you because of it- breaking your heart in the process.

Why would that matter?  Hawke wouldn't even be there.

Unfortunately, my warden isn't gay nor will my Inquisitor be, so no thanks.

Actually, why not? The more the merrier – and then just add Isabela to the mix...

Oh, you're killing me. Do I really have to blubber at the end of yet another BioWare's game? Oh, man. But you know what? That's actually a wonderful idea, in my opinion. I love it. I'd cry like a kid though. :pinched:

Actually, the Warden's personality is kind of bland – the only thing s/he ever does is reacting to other people and do quests for them...

Me too.  That's why I'd love it.  Like the first time I played DA:O and Alistair dumped my warden  after I made him king.

Hahaha, I have no idea where I got Hawke from. I had just woken up and it all blurred together. Yeah, that.
