I'm very late in finding this but I found the ME 2 PCC Editor.

What is the ingame property editor? How do you access that? In the PCC Editor there is an option to unlock this? I can't find much of any information about this.

care to elaborate? where did you find it? what's it called? a link at least?
I'm sure we can extract files from the .pcc, the problem is repacking them back into .pcc. Or else we can mod the crap out of it but that wouldn't do anything.

Oh yea, I've seen this before, haven't tried it though, I don't really know what it does. Its functions are all predetermined. It's also user made

Well I liked that it opens up the console in ME 2 and also stops cooldowns......

Another feature I found but never tried till now was blin AI.... That's odd in some levels they either just stand there and let you shoot them or wander around without a care in the world till you shoot them.

Sadly it no longer allows for >50 saves anymore. Oh, sure, you can place the setting, but it doesn't work with the latest version of Mass Effect 2. More's the pity.
