If I had a Valkyrie X I would be inclined to try it out on occasion, just for the ease of headshots and the greater damage per bullet.
But, more than likely I wouldn't as the fire rate isn't that great, if it was spammable like the Hornet I would seriously consider it.

Fun? Some of us like using any of the other 54 weapons in the game, even the ones that aren't overly powerful.

And some of us actually enjoy the challenge of playing with those lesser guns.

Will have to see. I got bored of the Harrier a while ago.

I don't think it's as bad as people are saying, but I wouldn't mind another buff.

Maybe if they buff the rare ARs like they should, they'll feel the need to buff Valk again as well.

I take whatever gun has my fancy at the time, regardless of whether it equals the best available.

Will use any gun as the inspiration hits me.

I will say that I always feel slightly odd using a Cerberus weapon on an N7 Destroyer.
Kinda feel like a traitor to an extent.

Sure, it comes down to personal preference in addition to performance which is why I said, I.  I don't have the Valkyrie but in this game, for me, burst-fire is just .   I would still probably consider using it occasionally if the performance were comparable to the Harrier but since it's not...

i would use it over the mattock. and i would use it on the drell infiltrator to take advanage of the weapon/headshot bonus.

now over the harrier?.. its certain situations yes. imagine your recon mine being in the middle of giant, your up the ramp and theres geth walking past it, you hit the recon mine and stagger all the geth. the valkryie is perfect for this situation, controlled bursts that are accurate enough to get headshots on all those geth you staggered.. same goes for the saber. but the saber's RoF is too slow.

It'd be more cool to show-off a Valkrie X, because every other Missile Glitcher has a Harrier X.

Ditto. Variety is the spice of life; keep using the same things over and over, it eventually gets stale.
