I don't even understand what you're asking for. You say "the whole truth" but they're not going to tell you in fine print what happened, you can't be thick headed enough to believe they will.
You have enough of an answer, so unless thats not your real motivation you can stop asking.
I would at the very least like a rough ETA. Not "We'll release it on such and such date at so and so time." Just something like "A day or two" or "2 weeks". Just so I can have a vague idea.

I can understand how you missed the explanation (it's stuck somehwere in the 220+ pages of the closed Delay topic) but one of the bioware people explained that they do not want to burn their customers more by announcing even a rough ETA and failing to come through, and instead will announce it when they're 100 percent sure it's done.

How did Aion do? I heard people call it a WoW killer, and I stopped paying attention to it. WoW killers generally end up crashing and burning.
