Here is your creative space to create new Female Characters for Mass Effect Multiplayer.
The idea of this add on is to provide female varients of the various races.

The rules are: must be female and musn't be human.

Here are some races I'm interested in seeing.

  • Female Drells

  • Female Volus

  • Female Baterians

  • Female Turians

  • More Female Quarians

  • Female Yahg

  • Female Elcor

  • Female Raloi

  • Female (brand new race of your own devising)
Choose a class, three powers and two passives.

Why no female Salarians and Krogan?

It's really complicated.

Let's just say, the Salarians have bizzare and strange mating rituals. Also females make up a minority of their species.

Krogan's have the genophage. Female numbers have fallen due to suicides, because being sterile makes you do stupid things apparantly. I don't know. The Krogan are not willing to allow their women to fight in battle.

Female Drell Sentinel

Drell Bastion

Role: Is a biotic that places emphasis on gun play mixed with biotic powers. All biotic powers are enhanced by omnitools to create a gun tooting caster that works best at mid to long range.

Biotic Spray: This is a a combat mode works that works in a similiar way to Geth Hunter mode. You can use your other two powers whilst Biotic Spray is active.  However whilst biotic spray is active you take 30% more damage from all sources.

For a brief duration, the omnitool directs biotic energy into which ever weapon is being wielded. For a period of time, shooting foes will prime them for biotic explosions.

To activate, just press the relevant power hot key. Other powers can be used whilst biotic spray is active

Rank 1: Unlock.
Rank 2: Cooldown reduction of powers slightly reduced.
Rank 3: Damage bonus increased.

Rank 4a:
Vulnerabilty: Target takes x% more damage from all sources.
Rank 4b: Damage bonus increased.

Rank 5a: Headshot damage bonus
Rank 5b: Biotic explosions. Radius and damage from biotic explosions increased.

Rank 6a: Tech Synergy: Biotic Spray can also prime tech bursts aswell as biotic explosions.
Rank 6b: Cooldown reduction of powers reduced.

Biotic Pulsar: Biotic pulsar is the opposite of singularity.
Omnitool sends out a series of electric pulses that interacts with a singularity field. The electric pulses transform the singularity field into a pulsar.
The biotic pulsar is a dark ball with a continuously expanding then contracting ring that pushes enemies away. It can detonate biotic explosions.

Rank 1: Unlock
Rank 2: Extra damage
Rank 3: Longer duration
Rank 4a: Cryo effects (the ring arounnd the pulsar can freeze enemies)
Rank 4b: Incendiary effects (the ring can set people on fire)
Rank 5a: Lightning effects (the pulsar itself has lightning effects that can strip away shields and barriers)
Rank 5b: Biotic disturbance: the pulsar can be detonated
Rank 6a: Larger Pulsar
Rank 6b: More damaging pulsar

Rapture: This is the Drell Sentinel's answer to warp. The caster creates an orb of biotic energy, which is then launched at an enemy like a missile via a series of electrical impulses generated by a strong mass effect field within the omnitool.

The affected enemy will lose health rapidly until they explode taking out other enemies.

In addition power itself can prime and detonate biotic explosions as well as the resulting detonation from the enemy's health depleting.

Rank 1: Unlock
Rank 2: Damage per second
Rank 3: Rapture explosion damage

Rank 4a: Biotic combo damage (affects both priming and detonating biotic explosions)
Rank 4b: Rapture explosion damage and radius

Rank 5a: Damage per second
Rank 5b: Rapture explosion damage and radius.

Rank 6a: Cooldown reduction
Rank 6b: Damage per second

Want fem turians (easy), more fem quarians, but with a new look (little harder) and I like the idea of fem drell (maybe a little harder, from scratch model and all)
The rest, whatever. I'm always up for more characters.
To make a game feel true to itself, I think the genders of each race should be presented within the game, and be known, at least to some extent. Same with children. I wanna see children of the various species.
Do I want to fight as some of these genders/races? No. but seeing them in SP would be cool.
slightly of topic, sorry.

Maybe instead of a seperate cool down, have it work like Hunter Mode, where it is just active, but reduces your durability, increases cooldown, or something else.
Give it a crappy base amount of rounds that have to be used to set up, but then can be
evolved to have fewwer rounds needed for setup, and/or less cooldown penalty.

Really liking the Female Drell Sentinel.

Also, from a visual perspective, I think that Female Drell are easy to include: they basically have human bodies (slap on it an N7 Shadow armor and you're done) and then don't even have to alter that much the face of a male Drell to get a more feminine look.

Female Baterian Medic (Listed under Engineer)

The baterian medic has 20% greater base health and shields than it's Baterian counterparts. In addition, it can help squadmates survive large onslaughts with it's medical abilities. If you want to go for weapon damage, immunity has a level 6 evolution that allows you to build a more weapon focused build.

The best way to look at the Baterian Medic is to think of the Paladin class in traditional Dungeons and Dragons Role Playing Games. Their role is to heal the team and provide buffs to all stats. They don't have any damaging powers, but they do pack a mean punch with their weapons whilst being heavily defended.

Initial Health 900 and Initial Shields 900
With Fitness Maxed Out (tanking spec) Health 1710 and Shields 1710

Powers

Immunity (subject to cooldowns)
Healing Orb (limited uses)
Stim Pack (subject to cooldowns)

Immunity - Omnitool injects a healing fluid into the body for a brief period of time of time. With this power active they take very little damage, health and shields are restored and immunity to one hit kills. In addition, immunity makes the player immune to stunlock (an ability that enemy geth have, that will briefly stun squadmates that get too close).

Rank 1: Damage Reduction + 10%
Rank 2: Rate of healing + 10%
Rank 3: Power duration increased from 5 seconds to 10 seconds
Rank 4a: Damage reduction + 20%
Rank 4b: Rate of healing + 20%
Rank 5a: Power duration increased by 10 seconds
Rank 5b: Squad Immunity. This gives a 20% damage reduction bonus to the rest of the squad whenever immunity is active.
Rank 6a: Damage synergy. Melee and weapon damage increased by 10%
Rank 6b: Rate of healing + 10% and damage reduction + 30%

Healing Orb- Chuck a grenade that will completly restore health and shields to anyone friend or foe. It will revive anyone who is bleeding out whilst completly restoring their health and shields . You can carry up to 3 orbs. These can be replenished in the same way grenades can be replenished.

Radius of healing orbs is 4 metres.

Target a squadmate before throwing the orb for maximum efficency.
If you are not targeting anyone, the healing orb could miss, since it has a limited radius.
Bonuses apply for anyone targeted by them.

Rank 1: Number of orbs + 1
Rank 2: 10 second Damage Reduction of target + 10%
Rank 3: 10 second melee damage increase + 10%
Rank 4a: Number of orbs + 1
Rank 4b: 10 second weapon damage increase + 10%
Rank 5a: Ammo restoration (restores 100% of target ammo)
Rank 5b: 10 second power and combo damage increase + 10%
Rank 6a: Number of orbs + 1
Rank 6b: 10 second sprint bonus + 10%

Booster Pack - The omnitool fires a projectile at the targeted squadmate. This will provide 5-10 second boost a number of stats. Stim Packs have a 10 second cooldown. To use a stimpack on yourself tap the stim pack button without aiming at a squadmate. Aim at a squadmate and press the power key to use on squadmates. Omnitool won't fire projectile at enemies.

Rank 1: Weapon, melee and power damage (not including combos) increase + 5%
Rank 2: Sprinting Speed + 5%
Rank 3: Biotic and Tech combo damage + 5%
Rank 4a: Weapon, melee and power damage + 10%
Rank 4b: Sprinting Speed + 10%
ank 5a: Biotic and Tech Combo damage + 10%
ank 5b: Cooldown time reduction of target's powers by 10%
Rank 6a: Stimpack duration + 5 seconds
Rank 6b: Rate of fire increase + 10%

Fitness (same ranks as all other fitness powers)
Baterian Omnifist as the heavy melee

Baterian Medic (class Passive)

Rank 1: Boost squad and personal weapon damage + 10%
Rank 2: Personal Medi Gel Capacity + 2. Personal Survival Ops Packs Capacity + 2
Rank 3: Boost Personal Missile Capacity + 2. Ammo Packs Capacity + 2

(Boost personal Shotgun, Pistol and SMG damage by 20%)

Female Raloi Sprinter (Listed as soldier)

Health: 500 Shields: 500
Without Sprint mode activated, the Sprinter runs 20% faster than humans. So with sprint mode activated, the Sprinter is easily the fastest class, possibly outrunning even vanguards.

Sprint Mode: This soldier’s athletic training allows them to run incredibly fast without drawing attention to themselves. You can use only 1 power or grenade during this mode, but this will add 2 seconds of cool down to the 8 second cool down.

Rank 1: Storm Speed + 20%
Rank 2: Rate of fire + 10%
Rank 3: Duration increased from 5 seconds to 7 seconds.

Rank 4a: Silent Sprinting: You remain undetected when sprinting, unless you run right in front of an enemy)
Rank 4b: Vanguard: During sprint mode you gain access to a running melee attack that does 50% extra damage.

Rank 5a: Endurance: Duration increased from 7 seconds to 10 seconds.
Rank 5b: Resilience: You take 30% less damage from all attacks.

Rank 6a: Team Sprint: Your squad mates gain 20% storm speed (but do not gain the other related bonuses from sprint mode)

Frag Grenade
Sticky Grenade
Inferno Grenade
Arc Grenade
Multi-Frag Grenade
Homing Grenade
Proximity Mine
Recon Mine

Elemental Shot: Your equipped weapon fires out a single munition much like Carnage or Concussive shot. The only difference is that you can choose the elemental properties. (Regardless of how you spec this power, it will always be a setup and detonator for tech bursts).

Rank 1: Damage 200
Rank 2: Throws unprotected enemies 1 metre
Rank 3: Area 1.5 metres

Rank 4a: Incendiary Shot (setups incendiary explosions. Does 300 damage to armour and weakens armour by 10%, as well as causing organics to panic)
Rank 4b: Cryo Shot (setups cryo explosions as well as freezing unprotected targets. Weakens armour, causing it to take 20% extra damage from all attacks)

Rank 5a: Explosive Shot (Throws unprotected enemies 3 additional metres and staggers all protected foes. Weakens shields and barriers, causing them to take 20% extra damage from all attacks)
Rank 5b: Bleed Inducing Shot (Causes unprotected organics to bleed)

Rank 6a: Disruptor Shot (Does 50% extra damage to shields.)
Rank 6b: Bypass Shot(Completely ignores barriers shields and light protection, directly affecting and damaging armour or health. This evolution has a 20% penalty to power damage).

Weapon Proficiency (class Passive): Sprinters tend to specialise in specific weapons. By specialising in weapon damage they truly excel in this one area of combat.

Rank 1: Weapon and melee damage + 5%
Rank 2: Weapon accuracy and stability + 5%
Rank 3: Weapon rate of fire + 5%

Rank 4a: Weapon weight reduction by 15%

Rank 1: Shields + 5%
Rank 2: Shields + 10%
Rank 3: Shields +15%

Rank 4a: Flame Punch (Does 20% extra damage to armour and health)
Rank 4b: Cryo Punch (Weakens armour making it take 20% extra damage against all attacks)

Female Quarian Vanguard
Character called "Quarian Elementalist"

Powers:

Reave Same evolutions as in single player campaign.

Quarian Varient of Biotic Charge:

Rank 1: Unlock
Rank 2: Damage
Rank 3: Area

Rank 4a: Inferno Blast (a blast of fire will hit nearby foes once you charge into them)
Rank 4b: Disruptor Blast (a blast of electricity will hit nearby foes once you charge into them)

Rank 5a: Weapon synergy (for 3 seconds after charge you get a brief boost to weapon damage)
Rank 5b: Melee synergy (for 3 seconds after charge you get a brief boost melee damage)

Rank 6a: Area
Rank 6b: Damage

Cascade:

This is a power that is deployed like a grenade, but rather than relying on ammo, it relies on cooldowns.
The omnitool interacts with biotic implants to produce a orb that detonates into a large biotic fog. This fog clouds weapon targeting systems reducing enemy accuracy and also primes all enemies within the fog for a variety of combos (depending on how you spec this power)

Rank 1: Unlock (by default this power primes biotic explosions)
Rank 2: Force and damage of combos
Rank 3: Area increase

Rank 4a: Inferno Storm. Set enemies within the fog on fire.
Rank 4b: Cryo Storm. Freeze or chill enemies within the fog.

Rank 5a: Tempest: Increase of static within the fog can cause lightning to strike targets within the fog.
Rank 5b: Improved biotic explosions. Biotic explosions within the fog, no longer cause the fog to disappear.

Rank 6a: Force and damage of combos
Rank 6b: Duration increase.

Female Turian Carbal Adept

Powers:

Adrenaline Rush
Reave

New Power

Field of Weakness

A field that surrounds the caster similiar to the biotic sphere will appear. This field is a mode that can be toggled on and off, and other powers can be used whilst it's active.

The field can make enemies that get close more vulnerable to attacks and can prime them for biotic explosions.
However whilst this field is active, the caster takes 30% more damage from all sources. Some of this can be mitigated from spamming reave.

Rank 1: Unlock
Rank 2: Vulnerability (makes enemies that get close more vulnerable to taking damage)
Rank 3: Radius

Rank 4a: Increases radius of field
Rank 4b: Make enemies within field take more damage.

Rank 5a: Force and damage of biotic explosions
Rank 5b: Increase radius

Rank 6a: Health Drain:  Enemy damage plus. Enemies that get close will start taking damage as well as becoming vulnerable to all attacks.

Rank 6b:  Melee Synergy: Whilst mode is active, you gain a damage boost to all attacks.

This power only works well with weapons with high damage per shot.

Biotic Quarian! I love it!

Image IPB

Finally a suggestion.

And guss what? It rocks!

Do you know what.

Slam and dark channel are useful powers.
If we had that defence drone buffed and that as the biotic quarians' drone abilty, we'd have 2 formerly exclusive single player powers added to multiplayer.

But even with either combat drone or decoy, your idea will destroy the enemies.

Also buff slam so it can detonate biotic explosions on protected targets. That way if the lifting mechanic doesn't work, at least you have explosion damage to fall back on.

Thank you so much Lady Mortho!

Umm.

Lift Grenade
Throw
Dark Channel

The difference between a vanguard and an adept is as follows.

Adepts have to be able to setup and detonate biotic explosions.
Vanguards don't have to, since the biotic charge is all they need.

Well it could  a vanguard (just change DC to Biotic charge). But dark channel sets them up, throw detonates them, then just change lif greande to warp grenade

Quarian Legionaire Soldier (Female to match the Quarian Marksman)

Enhanced Suit Armor with Geth Upgrades, these soldiers are suited for sustained combat.

Defense Matrix
Durability/ Shield Bonus
Shield Recharge/Power/melee Synergy
Power recharge/ durability

Hunter mode
power recharge/weapon accuracy
power damage/ rate of fire
speed and vision/damage

Proxy mine
damage/radius
Damage taken/slow
Damage/Recharge speed

Quarian Legionaire
weapon dmg and stability or power dmg and capacity
power dmg or headshot
weapon weight or Weapon dmg and stability.

Fitness
Melee dmg or Durability
Martial Artist or Shiled Recharge Speed
Electical Pulse or Fitness expert.
Electrical pulse would have an overload effect

this Quarians melee would be the Geth Heavy Melee with the animation of her crossing her arms to gather energy and spreading them out to release it. this will reduce her shields every use like the geth heavy melee.

It would be nice if the Quarian military, after uniting with the Geth, would call themselves "The Legion" after Legion give his individuality to give save his people life and to give back to the creators their homeworld. Geth are no longer slaves, they are the children of Rannoch.

thus the name "Legionaire" for the Female Quarian Soldier Image IPB
